What this actually looks like

Quotes and invoices that move themselves
The information is entered once and arrives everywhere it is needed.
The same twelve questions, answered
Every business has them. They do not need a person each time.
Reports that build on their own
The numbers you rebuild by hand every month, assembled and waiting for you.
Your knowledge, written down once
How your business actually does things, in a form a person or a machine can both follow. New staff read it. So does the automation.

We ran it on ourselves first

Foxie runs on a system like this. Not a demo and not a pilot. The way we quote, the way we check our own work, the way a job gets handed between people: it is written down, it is used every day, and it is what we would build for you.

It is not about picking the right AI

The tools will change. They have changed twice while this page was being written. What does not change is whether your business has written down how it works.
Everything we build is plain files you own, not a subscription to somebody's platform. If the tool you are using is replaced next year, the thing we built for you moves across. That is the whole design.

How it starts

01

A conversation about where your week goes.

Usually about half an hour. Most of it is you talking.
02

We pick one thing.

Not the whole business. The one job that eats the most time for the least reward.
03

We build that, and you use it for a month.

If it does not save you time we stop there and you have lost very little.
04

Then the next one.

We will tell you if it is not worth it

Not for you

If you are hoping to replace people, this is the wrong shop.

If you want something impressive to show a board, also the wrong shop.

Built for you
This works for a business that has a handful of jobs it repeats constantly and a person who is the bottleneck on all of them.
If that is not you, we will say so on the call rather than sell you something.

No pitch and no slides. Tell us where your week goes and we will tell you honestly whether there is anything here worth doing.
