Yes. The site, the content, the domain and the passwords are yours.

We hold lifetime licences and your site uses them free while you’re hosted with us or on a care plan. If you leave, we cancel the licences. We don’t touch your website. The plugins stay exactly where they are and keep working, they just stop getting updates and go out of date over time. If you want to keep them current we’ll tell you which ones to buy.

Yes, and we’ll show you how with a video recorded for your site, not a generic tutorial. Changing a price or adding a post should never cost you an invoice.

We fix it. If we caused it, there’s no charge.

Most small business websites take four to eight weeks from our first conversation to going live. We give you a firm timeline after that first chat.
